Blackwing pencils have a 30-day return policy:

* To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received

* The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please keep in mind, for any international orders, we are not responsible for any additional duties or fees that may be added.

*Please note: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship our products to Mexico. In addition, we cannot ship to Moscow because packages are unable to be shipped to private addresses.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?
